Management Team

Andy Jackson, CEO

Andy has over 20 years of senior business experience in the Healthcare Industry with IMS Health, both in Asia Pacific and Europe. He has extensive strategic and operational experience covering both Pharma and Pharmacy sectors. He has held leadership roles in management, finance and operations. He has been responsible for developing growth strategies and identifying and executing acquisitions, investments and alliances to support business growth.

Michael Dixon, Principal

Michael commenced his career at The Nielsen Company in Sydney providing decision support services to the FMCG industry. He was a founding Director of Aztec Information Systems (now IRi). These companies have dominated the supply and analysis of information in the grocery sector in Australia.

He has developed systems for sourcing, processing and delivering information products to retail organizations and has worked throughout Australasia with Coles, Woolworths, Tesco, Big C, Carrefour and their suppliers such as Nestlé, P&G, Simplot, Bristol Myers Squibb, Pepsi and many others.

Phil Alexander, General Manager Product & Software Development

Phil has over 20 years of experience building innovative software applications predominantly in the health and retail industries. He has extensive hands-on experience with information technologies, successful company start-ups and has led product and development teams focused on client service and product delivery. He led the development team at GuildCare and has worked with industry leaders such as Fred IT, Corum Group, Pharmacy Guild, Medical Director and many others.
